Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the successful incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Developing and implementation of marketing strategies to increase member numbers
- Business development and promotion of the credit union
- Preparation & presentation of reports and budgets for the board
- Mentoring, motivating and providing direction to your branch team
To be considered successful you will either be employed in a mid/senior management role within a credit union, bank, and building society. ASIC Tier II accreditation and tertiary qualifications in Banking and Finance would be highly regarded but not essential. It is naturally assumed you have experience within lending practices and APRA requirements. You will need to be an enthusiastic and a self motivated person, having the ability to show initiative and run with it.
